Accessibility at BriNora
BriNora is designed to feel quiet without becoming difficult to use. We want the website to remain clear, operable and understandable across different devices, input methods and access needs.

1. Our accessibility aim
BriNora aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing standard for the product, not a claim that every page has already passed an independent audit.
2. What the website supports
We have built the current website with the following in mind:
- semantic page structure and a skip link to the main content;
- keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
- clear labels for controls, forms and navigation;
- large interaction targets across desktop and mobile layouts;
- text that can be resized and layouts that adapt to narrower screens;
- colour contrast that does not rely on colour alone for meaning; and
- support for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, including the removal of non-essential animation and transitions.
3. Motion, sound and visual atmosphere
Light, movement and atmosphere are part of BriNora's design, but they should never be required to understand or operate the website. Essential controls remain available without animation. BriNora does not start audio automatically.
4. Third-party services
Account sign-in and payment may open interfaces provided by Google, Supabase or Stripe. Those services have their own accessibility practices. If a third-party step prevents you from creating an account, signing in or managing a subscription, please contact us and tell us which step caused the problem.
5. Known limitations and testing
BriNora is still developing, and accessibility review continues as pages and features change. We use automated checks alongside keyboard, responsive-layout and reduced-motion testing. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so feedback from people using assistive technology is especially valuable.
6. Tell us about a barrier
Email info@brinora.de. If you can, include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser, device or assistive technology you used. Please do not include medical information or anything unrelated to the accessibility issue.
You can also use the Contact & Support page to copy the address. We will review the barrier and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Scope of this statement
This statement covers the public website at www.brinora.de. It was prepared through an internal review of the current website and will be updated after material accessibility changes or a formal external assessment.
8. Immediate help
The accessibility contact is not an emergency channel and is not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112. Further crisis contacts are available on Immediate Help.
